The company deals with a range of producers from open field farmers to vertical indoor farmers. From our office in Budel, we serve customers around the EU with high-quality and innovative seed solutions.

Business Development Manager - Vegetable Seed Industry 

Location: Eindhoven area, The Netherlands


The Role

We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to support our Sales Manager in our commercial operations. This is a varied role that includes administrative tasks, inventory support, marketing coordination, and customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with an experienced Sales Manager on marketing activities and product trialling efforts
  • Company management activities including: handling administrative software and managing payables and receivables in conjunction with the finance team.
  • Inventory management and product dispatch


Your Profile

You’re a go-getter that enjoys variety in your work.

  • A positive, motivated, down to earth and friendly person
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Solution based attitude
  • Experience in inventory management and administrative work
  • Completed MBO education, with HBO-level thinking
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Other languages are an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must have a driver's license
  • Confidence and interest in travelling
