Business Development Manager - Vegetable Seed Industry
Location: Eindhoven area, The Netherlands
The Role
We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to support our Sales Manager in our commercial operations. This is a varied role that includes administrative tasks, inventory support, marketing coordination, and customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working with an experienced Sales Manager on marketing activities and product trialling efforts
- Company management activities including: handling administrative software and managing payables and receivables in conjunction with the finance team.
- Inventory management and product dispatch

- Strong communication and people skills
- Solution based attitude
- Experience in inventory management and administrative work
- Completed MBO education, with HBO-level thinking
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Other languages are an advantage
- Strong attention to detail
- Must have a driver's license
- Confidence and interest in travelling
